    Infrared light heats your body directly, rather than the hot air used in traditional saunas. By gently increasing your body’s core temperature, infrared heat penetrates deep into the body’s tissue, releasing toxins through your skin.

Erin Monfre is a certified personal and group fitness trainer focused on teaching YOU the fundamentals of fitness and form all while creating a space where you can mentally unplug. Erin was a Division 1 college basketball player and knows what it takes to keep you in peak physical fitness while still making it through the day. Erin currently trains professional, collegiate, and younger athletes striving to be their best.
