How Erin Can Help
As a former collegiate athlete, Erin understands the mechanics and importance of what it takes to enhance an athlete’s performance. Throughout the sport specific training, Erin’s focus will also be on mobility prep, stability & balance, as well as explosive improvements both vertically and laterally.
Erin strives to enhance each athlete’s performance both in and out of sport.
The Process

Assess
Erin goes through a full performance assessment with each athlete to determine where you are now and where you need to be to enhance performance.

Design
Erin creates a custom plan to address required areas of improvement to strength, mobility, and agility to for the overall athlete. Both in sport and out of sport.

Consistency
Erin works to create a consistent program with each athlete both in season and out of season. This consists of working both in and out of the gym.

Long Term Improvement
Erin works to adjust each athlete’s plan to continue performance in their sport for the long term with adjustments to their programming.
